The Real Emirate Football Club believes that youth is a time of promise. It is our vision to:

• Develop a first class football club that will provide the tools for everyone to succeed in the beautiful game.
• Train the youth, off and on the pitch and to learn lifelong values through soccer.
• To help build a promising future for the children of Real Emirate and leave a legacy with a lasting and meaningful impact on Real Emirate youth.
• Inspire, encourage, and develop the youth to meet European standard of play.

We are committed to enjoying all aspects of football, unconditional support for each other, a never ending quest to realise our potential, innovative approaches to our vision, effectively identifying our strengths within our people, identifying and improving upon our weaknesses and by being truly accountable to the vision of the club.

OUR MISSION

• Promote the game of soccer and to provide opportunities for all youth
• Emphasize the development of self-esteem, good sportsmanship, fitness, achievement, teamwork, and skill as well as encourage courtesy, proper conduct and respect for authority by the players, officials, and spectators through the playing of the game.
• Provide educational opportunities to develop all players, coaches, referees, and administrators.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy for ideal long term youth player development is to play possessive attacking football. Possessive meaning we like to keep the ball in the attack. Attack means we like to penetrate when we see the right opportunity. This style of play takes time, patience and skill to develop; however, this style will set up our players at all levels to reach their goals in football while enjoying their selves.

Each player will be well rounded in regards to their physical, technical and physiological abilities on the field.  All players ideally need to be able to play all positions, as it helps them to understand the game better while being taught a balance of attack and defence.  Off field, we will teach all of our players to be polite and respectful while being tough and aggressive.
